Floodwaters surged through the Texas Hill Country over the weekend, leaving behind catastrophic damage, dozens of lives lost and ongoing search and rescue operations.

At least 68 people, including 28 children, have been confirmed dead in Kerr County, where rising rivers and flash floods swept through homes, youth camps and communities.
